We were no strangers to food business and owned a bakery in Frankton for 7 years. However, as both are big coffee drinkers , a café was the next step in our business adventure. We were drawn to the Robert Harris group not only because of the brand recognition but as part of the franchise, the systems and training that we need to run a cafe is already in place.

We have run the Robert Harris Te Awamutu for 12 years now, awarded Franchisee of the year and Coffee excellent for 2022. You will always see myself Victor behind the coffee machine, whipping up the best coffee in town. I have developed such a passion for coffee and has elevated my latte art skills by scrolling through different youtube channels on my spare time. Meanwhile, Anita usually spends her time in the kitchen ensuring the products are made fresh and to the best possible standard.
