Classic Espresso

A classic blend of 100% Arabica coffee beans from South America and Africa.

Sourced for their ability to withstand the rigours of being put through an espresso machine, but still provide a rich chocolate and maple syrup flavour.


Espresso - To make a great espresso with perfect crema, fill the filter basket with coffee til it's slightly heaped. Compress the grounds firmly and evenly, preferably using a tamper.

Stovetop - Fill the bottom part with cold water (not past the steam valve) and the filter basket with coffee. Heap the coffee a bit then tamp it down gently with your fingers. Screw the top on tightly and place on the heat until it boils. Remove from heat and have a quick peek once the sounds of bubbling and splashing taper off. If the espresso has stopped pouring out of the centre, you're done.

Store in an air-tight container.
