Italian Roast New Product

Italian Roast is our darkest roast, which means roasting the beans to our hottest temperature.

Our coffee experts have blended beans from multiple origins to add complexity but sourced the sturdiest beans that allow the flavours of chocolate and blackcurrent to come through the rigours of the espresso process.


Espresso - To make a great espresso with perfect crema, fill the filter basket with coffee til it's slightly heaped. Compress the grounds firmly and evenly, preferably using a tamper.

Stovetop - Fill the bottom part with cold water (not past the steam valve) and the filter basket with coffee. Heap the coffee a bit then tamp it down gently with your fingers. Screw the top on tightly and place on the heat until it boils. Remove from heat and have a quick peek once the sounds of bubbling and splashing taper off. If the espresso has stopped pouring out of the centre, you're done.

Store in an air-tight container.
