Right from the start Robert Harris based most of
his coffee blends on Papua New Guinea beans which has in turn
influenced New Zealanders' love of these mellow coffee flavours.
These single origin beans have been harvested from
the volcanic regions of Papua New Guinea, then mildly roasted to
bring out the deliciously nutty flavours.
Plunger - Use one heaped dessertspoon of coffee per cup, pour in
hot (not boiling) water and stir. Leave for 3 minutes before
plunging to infuse all the flavours, then enjoy.
Filter - Use one dessertspoon of coffee per cup. Brew only as much
as you expect to drink. If you're after a stronger brew, just use a
little more coffee.
Store in an air-tight container.
