Entry Requirements
Open only to New Zealand residents except directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, of or of the agencies or companies or any retailers associated with this promotion.
Competition Period
12:01am 01/11/2016 to 11.59pm 30/11/2017
Entry Requirements
Make any purchase in a participating Robert Harris cafe in New Zealand, fill out an entry form, and place the entry form in the associated collection box at the cafe counter (Eligible Purchase).
Redemption Requirements
Winner and companions must be available to travel at the time determined by the Promoter in accordance with the 'Prize Claim Date and Time' section of these terms and conditions.
Draw Details
Prize will be drawn on 15/12/2016 at Below The Line Ltd , Level 1, 104 Fanshawe Street, Auckland
The first valid entry drawn randomly from all entries received during the Competition Period will win the Major Prize. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case the winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid.
Prize Details
Major Prize:
 Return economy class airfares for the winner and 3 adult companions from winners' nearest commercial New Zealand airport to Auckland.
 All airline and airport taxes
 Four (4) days standard car hire
 3 night accommodation at Highland Forest Retreat
 $300 spending money
Any other costs, expenses, taxes or fees other than specifically mentioned above will be at the exclusive cost of the winner and the winner's companions.
Minor Prize:
There are no other prizes associated with this promotion.

Entry Limits
Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is based on a separate Eligible Purchase and separate entry form entered.
Winner Notification
The successful entrant(s) will be notified by phone using the phone number provided on their entry form.
Prize Claim Date and Time
The winner must claim the prize by 5pm (NZST) on 1812/2016 (Prize Claim Date).
Travel prize must be booked with the Promoter's agent before 5pm 28/02/17 and the trip must be taken by 30 January 2018. Booking is subject to availability.
Unclaimed Prize Draw Details
If the winner of the Major Prize cannot be contacted or the Major Prize is unclaimed for any reason by the Prize Claim Date specified above, the prize will be redrawn on 21/12/2017 at the same location as the first prize draw and the Major Prize will be awarded to the next valid entry drawn.
The winner of any Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by phone.
Governing Law
The Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and all entrants irrevocably agree that the Courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion.
1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter (including the detail provided in the Reference Schedule above) form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
2. Capitalised terms used in these terms and conditions have the meaning provided in the Reference Schedule.
3. The promotion will run for the Competition Period.
4. Entries must be received during the Competition Period and must comply with and are subject to all Entry Requirements, Redemption Requirements and Entry Limits. Failure to comply with these requirements may, at the Promoter's discretion, invalidate the entry or result in forfeiture of the Prize.
5. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the entry process or with the operation of the competition, or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
7. The draw will be conducted at the times and dates stated in the Draw Details. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Competition Period will win the Major Prize.
8. The prizes are as stated in the Prize Details.
9. The Promoter's decision as to whether any entry is valid and the result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification details.
11. Where a Prize includes travel:
a) the Prize must be taken on the dates specified by the Promoter;
d) the winner (and their companions, if applicable) must, at the request of the Promoter and/or prize supplier, sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form (provided by the Promoter) in favour of all parties involved in this competition and/or providing the Prize prior to undertaking any specified activities forming part of the competition or Prize. If the winner and/or their nominated companion/s (if applicable) do not sign the indemnity form provided by the Promoter within the time requested by the Promoter, the relevant winner's entry or claim will be deemed invalid. Where a winner's entry or claim is deemed invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to determine a new winner;
e) the Promoter may in its absolute discretion prohibit an entrant's participation in this competition, cancel a Prize or otherwise cease to provide any benefit of a Prize to a winner (and their companions, if applicable) if the entrant or the winner (or their companions), in the opinion of the Promoter, is under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behaves aggressively or offensively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate (or of the business of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate), is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate. If you win the major prize, you are responsible for your companions and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you or your companion if they breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them. By accepting or participating in the major prize, your companion accepts these Terms and Conditions;
f) any travel prize cannot be taken during peak periods or New Zealand public holidays and must be booked and completed as specified by the Promoter and/or the supplier or organiser of the Prize. All bookings and other arrangements regarding the major prize must be made via Free To Travel Ltd. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free to Travel Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. Any accommodation or flights constituting part of any travel Prize are subject to booking and availability. All costs associated with any travel Prize which are not specified to be included in the Prize, including but not limited to any transfer costs, additional taxes, meals, insurance and other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner (and their companions, if applicable), as incurred. All persons taking the prize must depart and return at the same time. All costs for changes made by the winner (or companions) to the prize after booking is confirmed must be paid by the winner where applicable. The winner and their companions, if applicable, are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary documents to travel (including a current drivers licence and any identification that may be required). The Promoter recommends that the winner and their companions arrange valid travel insurance for their period of travel; and
g) entrants (and their companions, if applicable) acknowledge that there may be inherent risks in some aspects of the Prize and that using the Prize may involve participating in dangerous activities. By entering this competition and/or accepting the Prize, entrants (and their companions, if applicable) accept that risk.
12. The winner (and any companions, if applicable) must, at the Promoter's request, participate in all marketing and promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in any promotional material.
13. Prizes are awarded to the winners personally and are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities, if required.
14. If the prize has not been accepted or claimed in accordance with the Prize Claim Date and Time, the winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw Details as is necessary to distribute the prize. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified as stated in the Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Notification details.
15. Entrants acknowledge that there are inherent risks in some aspects of the prize and that using the prize involves participating in dangerous activities. By entering this competition and accepting the prize, entrants accept that risk.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners and companions to provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding any prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter) which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Where it is practical for it to do so, the Promoter will notify entrants of such changes.
18. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the New Zealand Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
19. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may collect entrants' personal information (including through its contractors or agents) or disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter's database and the Promoter may use this information for future competition and marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant via SMS or electronic messaging.
20. All personal information provided by entrants will be held for the Promoter at BTL Ltd Level 1, 104 Fanshawe Street, Auckland or such other place as is notified to the entrant on request. The Promoter is bound by the Information Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1993. Under the Privacy Act 1993 (NZ), entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
22. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions of Entry at any time and from time to time.
