Plunger
Use one heaped dessertspoon of medium grind coffee per cup, pour in hot, not boiling, water, and stir. Leave for 3 minutes before plunging to infuse all the flavours, then enjoy.
Stovetop
Fill the bottom part with cold water and the filter basket with ground coffee. Heap and tamp the coffee down gently with your fingers. Screw the top on and place on the heat until it boils and the espresso has stopped pouring out of the centre.
Filter
Use one dessertspoon of medium ground coffee per cup. If you’re after a stronger brew, just use a little more coffee.
Storage
Once opened store in a cool dry plan in an air tight container
