Jae moved to New Zealand from China in 2001, bringing with him a passion for community and quality service. In 2016, he realized a dream by purchasing The Palms Robert Harris café, and in 2021, he expanded his ownership to include the South City Robert Harris café. In 2026, Jae continued his growth by purchasing the Robert Harris BNZ café.
