Even before joining the Robert Harris family, Victor and Anita were no strangers to food business. They owned a bakery in Frankton for 7 years. However, as both are big coffee drinkers themselves, A café was the next step in their business adventure. They were drawn to the Robert Harris group not only because of the brand recognition but as part of the franchise, the systems and training that they need to run a cafe is already in place. You will always see Victor behind the coffee machine, whipping up the best coffee in town. He has developed such a passion for coffee and has elevated his latte art skills by scrolling through different youtube channels on his spare time. Meanwhile, Anita usually spends her time in the kitchen ensuring the products are made fresh and to the best possible standard while also taking turns dropping off and picking up their 6 year old boy and 11 year old girl from school.
